| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨吉妮宫内节育器(GyneFix IUD)在基层育龄妇女中应用的临床效果。方法:对我站2008年1~9月期间320例放置吉妮节育器(IUD)者、210例放置元宫300IUD者,随访1年后观察效果。结果:吉妮IUD与元宫300IUD放置1年后,除带器妊娠率两者无显著性差异外,脱落率、因症取出率、续用率均有显著性差异。放置吉妮IUD组观察的不良反应均低于放置元宫300IUD组。结论:吉妮IUD避孕效果明显,具有低脱落、不良反应少的特点,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: Explore the clinical effects of GyneFix IUD in women of child-bearing age in rural areas.Methods:Observed the effects of GyneFix IUD placed by 320 cases and Yuan Gong 300IUD placed by 210 cases after one year follow-up results.Results:The results show a significant difference in expulsion rate,removal rate due to disease,continuation rates between two groups.Adverse reactions of the GyneFix IUD group are lower than the Yuan Gong 300IUD group.Conclusion: The contraceptive effect of GyneFix IUD is obvious with the characteristics of low loss and less adverse reactions,it is worth promoting the use of GyneFix IUD in women of child-bearing age in rural areas. |
