氢氧化钙控制根管治疗中急症的效果评价

目的:用氢氧化钙糊剂与甲醛甲酚作为慢性根尖周炎的根管消毒剂,比较两者在根管治疗期间急症发生的差异.方法:选择慢性根尖周炎恒牙共260颗,随机分为两组,A组用氢氧化钙糊剂消毒根管,B组用甲醛甲酚.记录临床症状、体征、摄X片、常规根管预备后,A组用氢氧化钙消毒,B组用甲醛甲酚,一周后复诊进行根充.并用临床根尖周指数(CPI)进行疗效评定,随访18个月,观察疗效.结果:A组根管治疗期间急症的发生率明显低于B组(P<0.01),两组有显著性差异.18个月有效率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:氢氧化钙糊剂作为根管消毒剂,可减少慢性根尖周炎根管治疗过程中急症的发生.

Effect of calcium hydroxide paste on controlling endodontic interappointment emergencies

Objective To compare the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste on intracanal dressing medication for teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis with that of formocresol. Methods 260 permanent teeth with chronic periapical periododontitis were selected and divided randomly into calcium hydroxide paste group (A group) and formocresol group (B group).The periapical signs and symptoms were recorded and radiographs were taken. After root canal preparation,the calcium hydroxide paste was used as an intracanal dressing medication for one week in A group and the formocresol cotton point was used in B group.During the course of canal treatment,the clinical findings were assessed with clinical periapical index(CPI) and the cases were followed up for eighteen months. Results There was significant difference between A and B group (P<0.01). A group was better the B group. There was no siginificant difference between two group of effective rate after following up eighteen months(P>0.05). Conclusion As an intra-canal sterilization medication, calcium hydroxide can reduce the occurrence of endodontic interappointment emergencis in teeth with chronic periodontitis.
