| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究喉癌 ( CA)和不典型增生 ( DS)的核仁结构和功能改变及临床意义。方法 :应用Ag NORs染色和 P5 3蛋白免疫组化染色观察 1 9例 CA和 3 4例 DS核仁的生物学改变。结果 :随着恶性程度的增加其颗粒计数 ( GC)和颗粒面积 ( GS)及 P5 3蛋白表达率也增高。结论 :Ag NORs对鉴别肿瘤的良恶性病变具有重要意义 ,Ag NORs染色和 P5 3蛋白免疫组化染色可以做为早期定性诊断的指标 |

| Abstract: | Objective The paper was to discuss the structural and functional changes of nuclei in carcinoma (19 cases) and dysplasia (34 cases) of larynx.Methods AgNORs stain and P53 protein immunochemical stain were used.Results The granules counts,granules square and the expression rate increased with the progression of malignant changes.Conclusion AgNORs stain played an important role in differetial diagnosis of benign changes from malignant changes.Both kinds of stain were prognostic markers in premalignant diagnosis. |
