黑色素与新生隐球菌性脑膜炎的关系

摘    要:目的:分析新生隐球菌黑色素生成的影响因素,初步探讨黑色素与新生隐球菌脑膜炎的相互关系。方法;在含左旋多巴的液体培养液中孵育各种血清型新生隐球菌,分光光度计测定不同条件下液体下的D值。结果:新生隐球菌黑色素的产生要多种因素的影响,其中以氮源、葡萄糖和温度的影响最为明显。结论:脑组织中富含黑色素的底物儿茶酚胺类物质,新生隐球菌侵犯脑膜和脑组织似与黑色素无关。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the factors which affected the synthesis of melanin of of Cryptococcus neoformans and the mechanism of C. neoformans preferentially grew in the brains of human and experimental animals. Methods: In the DOPA liquid medium, C. neoformans of all serotype strains including capsule deficient strain were incubated and the D value were monitored under various conditions with a Bausch and Lomb spectronic 20. Results: The production of C. neoformans melanin was affected by various factors, in which nitrogen source and glucose affected it obviously. Conclusion: The C. neoformans growth preferentially in brains of human and experimental animal is not because of catecholamines riched in brains.
