IFN-γ、TNF-α测定对结核性和癌性胸液鉴别诊断的研究

目的 :探讨IFN -γ、TNF -α测定对诊断结核性、癌性胸液的价值。方法 :采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对结核性及癌性胸液IFN -γ、TNF -α测定。结果 :结核性胸液组IFN -γ、TNF -α与癌性胸液组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;二项指标对诊断结核性胸膜炎的敏感性分别是 91 1%、85 3% ,特异度分别是 86 6 %、83 3% ;同时测得诊断阳性率为 85 3%。结论 :IFN -γ、TNF -α联合测定对结核性胸膜炎的诊断及与癌性胸液的鉴别具有一定临床意义 ,可用于二者的鉴别诊断

Investigation on the diagnosis of IFN-γ and TNF-α examination in the discrimination between tuberculous hydrothorax and carcinomatous hydrothorax

Objective Investigating the value of IFN γ and TNF α examination in the discrimination diagnosis of tuberculous hydrothorax and carcinomatous hydrothorax.Method Sandwitch double antibodies ELISA method.Results There are marked differences between tuberculous hydrothorax and carcinomatous hydrothorax in terms of IFN γ and TNF α contents.Sensitivity of the two indicators in the diagnosis of tuberculous is 91.1% and 85.3% respectively,Spcecficity of the two indicators are 86.6% and 83.3% respectively,And at the same time the positive rate detected is 85.3%.Conclusion Combination of IFN γ and TNF α examination provides useful assistant means for the discrimination diagnosis between tuberculous hydrothorax and carcinomatous hydrothorax so this method has important clinic value.
