| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同剂量普伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者调脂疗效及临床事件的影响。方法:103例入选的ACS患者按普伐他汀不同的剂量随机分为20 mg对照组和40mg治疗组,分别于服药后3、6月检测血脂水平、肝、肾及肌酸激酶功能,同时观察心脏不良事件(MACE)及药物不良反应发生率,所有病例均按时随访。结果:经过治疗,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,治疗组的MACE例数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普伐他汀40mg的调脂作用、安全性和减少急性冠脉综合征再住院率明显优于普伐他汀20mg。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effects of pravastatin on lipid-lowering therapy and heart events in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods： 103 patients who were selected with ACS were divided into two groups according to different doses of pravastatin： control group（20mg/d）,treatment group（40mg/d）.blood lipid、CK、BUN、CR、ALT were measured 3 months and 6 months after pravastatin treatment.At the same time adverse effects of heart events were observed.Results： After treatment,Two groups of patients with TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly improved,there was asignificant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Pravastatin 40mg can adjust blood lipids,safety and decreasing re-admission incidence in acute coronary syndrome of more better than Pravastatin 20mg. |
