某院住院患者注射用喷昔洛韦临床应用调查

摘 要对注射用喷昔洛韦临床应用情况进行分析，为合理用药提供参考。 方法：以某院2013年8月1日~2014年12月31日内所有使用注射用喷昔洛韦的住院患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床应用和不良反应的发生情况。结果：监测期内使用注射用喷昔洛韦的住院患者病例共128例，主要住院科室为神经内科，原患疾病以脑炎、脑膜炎为主。注射用喷昔洛韦的用法用量基本符合说明书的规定，但部分患者仍存在超适应证、长疗程、快滴注不合理用药现象。监测期内未观察到药品不良反应。结论：我院注射用喷昔洛韦临床使用较为安全，但仍存在不合理用药现象，应加强规范用药的管理。

Application Investigation of Injective Penciclovir of Inpatients in a Certain Hospital

ABSTRACT Objective:To assess the clinical use and occurrence of adverse reactions of injective penciclovir, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Based on the retrospective analysis, the clinical data of injective penciclovir in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 was tracked and analyzed. Results:A total of 128 inpatients were enrolled in this study, mostly in the department of neurology. The original diseases of those inpatients were mainly encephalitis and meningitis. Injective penciclovir was used accorded with the drug instruction mostly. But also existed irrational use of over indication, long term treatment and fast drop administration in clinic. No adverse reaction was observed in the supervision period. Conclusion: The application of injective penciclovir was safe in our hospital. Irrational use was existed in clinics, and the use should be strengthened and regulated.
