代谢综合征与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化关系探讨

目的探讨代谢综合征与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法220例2型糖尿病患者根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会（CDS）关于代谢综合征（MS）的诊断建议分为MS组104例（具有3～4项组分者），MS亚组56例（具有1～2项组分者）以及对照组60例（具有0项组分者）。检测三组血糖、血脂等代谢指标的改变，同时应用多普勒超声检测颈总动脉（CCA）内膜中层厚度（IMT）。比较三组间颈动脉粥样硬化程度。结果CCA—IMT在代谢综合征组和代谢综合征亚组显著高于对照组，P均〈0．01；CCA—IMT与体重指数、收缩压和舒张压呈显著正相关（γ分别为0．193、0．478、0．362，P值分别〈0．05、0．01、0．01）。结论2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征的患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度较不伴代谢综合征的2型糖尿病患者明显加重，应对代谢综合征进行更加积极的综合治疗。颈动脉粥样硬化程度与代谢综合征聚集的组分密切相关。颈动脉超声检查可早期发现动脉粥样硬化。

Association between metabolic syndrome and carotid atherosclerosis in T2DM
