| 摘 要： | 对５例经Ｗａｔｓｏｎ－Ｓｃｈｗａｒｔｚ试验确诊为卟啉病患者的临床资料进行了分析。５例均有腹痛，恶心，呕吐，１例曾行剖腹探查术，３例有精神神经症状，其中２例表现为抽搐，意识丧失，四肢弛缓性瘫痪，另１例出现惊厥，精神障碍并死于全身衰竭。

| Abstract: | The clinical characteristics of 5 acute intermittent porphyrias diagnosed patients bypositive Watson-Schwartz test were analyzed. All patients presented with abdominal pain,nauseaand vomiting. Laparotomy was done for acute abdomen. Neurologic dysfunctions were found in 3cases which included seizure,coma and flaccid quadriplegia in 2 cases and convulsion and mentalchange in one case who died of respiratory failure. Porphyria is a rare disease. The diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of porphyria were discussed. |
