| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨骨髓活检对骨髓穿刺干抽病例的诊断价值 .[方法 ]采用塑料包埋制片技术对 37例骨髓穿刺干抽病例的骨髓活检标本进行检查 .[结果 ]在 6 4 8例骨髓穿刺检查患者中发生骨髓穿刺干抽的患者为 37例 (5 5 % ) ,其中干抽现象发生较多的血液病是骨髓转移癌 (3/ 10 )、骨髓纤维化 (7/ 2 7)、多发性骨髓瘤 (3/ 16 )及慢性粒细胞性白血病 (8/ 4 4 ) .[结论 ]骨髓活检对骨髓穿刺干抽病例有诊断意义 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the diagnostic value o f bone marrow biopsy with dry tap.?METHODS?37 cases of bone marr ow biopsy with the dry tap were examined by plastic embedding technology.? RESULTS?Of 648 cases of bone marrow, 37(5.5%)cases were the dry tap aspir ations, in witch there had metastatic carcinoma(3/10),myelofibrosis(7/27), multiple myeloma(3/16),and chronic myelogenous leukemia(8/44).?CON CLUSION?The bone marrow biopsy is very important to diagnosis of dry ta p. |
