| 摘 要： | 对50例卵巢囊肿病人在电视监视下行腹腔镜手术,25例为良性畸胎瘤,25例为卵巢上皮性肿瘤。48例在腹腔镜下完成手术全过程,2例因止血困难或术中发现为恶性肿瘤转开腹手术。4例发生轻度手术并发症,分别为出血、皮下气肿及臂丛神经损伤,1周内自然恢复。该文对预防和减少并发症进行了讨论,认为对良性卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜下手术安全可靠,病人术后痛苦小,恢复快。

| Abstract: | Laparoscopic surgery was performed on 50 patients with ovarian cysts, 25 with benign cystic teratomas and 25 with epithelial neoplasms. Forty-eight procedures were successfully performed, and two cases were turned to laparo-tomy due to hemorrhaging or malignant tumor confirmed by freeze biopsy. The operative complications observed were two cases of pneumoderma, one case of hemorrhage, and one case of injury to brachial plexus. The prevention and reduction of complications are also discussed. Laparoscopic surgery of benign ovarian cystic neoplasms appears to be a safe and reliable procedure that reduces post-operative discomfort and hastens recovery. |
