对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者进行生活技能训练的研究

目的　对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症病人给予生活技能训练 ,以期提高其住院生活质量。方法　对 30例病人应用生活技能训练并进行对照观察 ,以NOSIE - 30及SANS评分为依据。结果　生活技能训练明显提高了病人住院期间的生活质量。在NOSIE - 30测查中的总积极因素增分值及总消极因素减分值研究组都明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;SANS评分研究组 (治疗后 )总分明显低于对照组 ,减分值明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　生活技能训练在改善精神分裂症阴性症状、促进康复过程中有明显的治疗作用。

Study of Living-Skill Treatment of Schizophrenia with Negative Symptoms

Objective To study the efficacy of living skill training in improving the life quality of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Method 30 patients with schizophrenia were treated by life skill training, and the efficacy was assessed with NOSIE-30 and SANS. Result The life quality of study group was improved greatly. Negative factors in study group were obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01). the total scores of SANA were lower than that of another group(P<0.01). Conclusion Living skill training can improve the negative symptoms of schizophrenia greatly and promote recovery.
