大鼠胚泡植入过程中子宫内膜降钙素的动态表达及其与血清雌、孕激素水平的关系

目的　检测子宫内膜在大鼠胚泡植入过程中降钙素的表达规律及其与血清雌、孕激素水平的关系。　方法　取植入前后不同时期的大鼠子宫 ,通过免疫组织化学染色 ,检测降钙素在子宫内膜的表达规律 ,放射免疫学检测各组动物血清孕酮 (P)、雌二醇 (E2 )水平。　结果　孕第 3天 ,降钙素开始在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞呈阳性表达 ;于第 4天达峰值 ,随后迅速下降 ;第 6天腺腔分泌物、表面上皮细胞及蜕膜细胞呈阳性着色 ;第 7天 ,腺上皮细胞的阳性着色基本消失 ,但表面上皮细胞和蜕膜细胞的阳性着色仍然存在。血清P从孕第 2天开始上升 ,第 5天达到高峰 ,此后下降。血清E2 水平在孕第 4天达到高峰 ,随后逐渐下降。　结论　降钙素在子宫内膜细胞表达水平的动态变化与胚泡植入密切相关 ,与血清雌、孕激素水平呈正相关 ;孕第 4天子宫内膜腺上皮中降钙素和血清雌激素水平达峰值是子宫内膜植入接受态的重要标志。

Dynamic expression of calcitonin in endometrium and its relationship with serum progesterone and estradiol during blastocyst implantation of rat

Objective: To study the dynamic expression of calcitonin in endometrium and dynamic changes of serum progesterone and estradiol during blastocyst implantation of rat.Methods:The expression of calcitonin at different stages of implantation was examined with SABC immunohistochemical method. Serum levels of progesterone and estradiol were measured with RIA.Results: Calcitonin expression in glandular cells of endometrium began to increase from day 3 after fertilization,reached a maximal level at day 4,then declined afterwards and diminished at day 7. The serum level of progesterone increased from day 2 and reached the peak at day 5,while the serum level of estradiol peaked at day 4 and then declined.Conclusions: The expression of calcitonin in endometrium during blastocyst implantation changes regularly and has a regular correlation with the serum progesterone and estradiol. On day 4 after fertilization,the peak of calcitonin expression in the glandular epithelium of endometrium and the serum estradiol peak are the important markers of receptive state of endometrium.
