应用PDCA循环对天疱疮患者实施家庭护理干预研究

目的探讨应用PDCA循环对天疱疮患者实施家庭护理干预的方法与效果。方法对照组采用常规护理指导，观察组应用PDCA循环（即计划、执行、检查、处理）实施家庭护理干预。比较两组患者的复发率、并发症发生率和生命质量。结果出院后6个月、12个月观察组患者的复发率、并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）；出院后12个月观察组患者生命质量总分及各维度评分高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用PDCA循环对天疱疮患者实施家庭护理干预可以巩固疗效、减少并发症的发生，提高其生命质量。

Study on applying PDCA to carry out family nursing intervention for patients with pemphigus

Objective To explore the method and effect of PDCA to carry out family nursing intervention for patients with pemphigus. Methods The control group received routine nursing care,the experimental group were carried out with the PDCA cycle （plan, do, check, action） of family nursing intervention. The recurrence rate,complication rate and the quality of life were compared between two groups. Results There was significant difference in the recurernce rate and the incidence of complications between the two groups 6 and 12 months after intervention （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in the total score and all dimension scores of quality of life between the two groups 12 months after discharge （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of PDCA to carry out family nursing intervention for patients with pemphigus can consolidate therapeutic effects, reduce the incidence of complication, and improve their quality of life.
