头孢菌素类抗生素皮试液配制方法的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨准确、简便的头孢菌素类抗生素皮试液配制方法.方法 将0.5g头孢唑林钠用0.9%氯化钠注射液2ml稀释后,取0.2ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml中,即可完成皮试液的配制.比较此方法与传统法在皮试液浓度、配制时间以及护士评价的差异.结果 改良法配制的皮试液浓度(460.10 ±43.98) μg/ml,接近目标值500 ug/ml,准确性、配制时间和护士评价均优于传统法(P<0.01).结论 改良法配制头孢菌素类抗生素皮试液,浓度准确、耗时少、护士评价好,适合临床推广.

Abstract:Objective To explore an accurate and simple preparation method of cephalosporin antibiotics skin-test solution.Methods The 0.5 gram cefazolin sodium was diluted by 2 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection,then 0.2 ml diluted solution were put in 100 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection,which formed the skin-test solution.The concentration,preparation time and nurses' evaluation were compared.Results The concentration of the improved method (460.10 ±43.98) μg/ml was close to the target value (500 μg/ml).The accuracy,preparation time and nurses'evaluation were significantly better than the traditional method (P < 0.01).Conclusion The improved method has advantage in accuracy,less time-consuming and higher nurses'evaluation,thus it is suitable for clinical practice.
