完全性颈段脊髓损伤患者术后呼吸道管理的循证护理策略分析

目的探讨循证护理在完全性颈段脊髓损伤患者术后呼吸道管理中的应用效果。方法对符合标准的200例完全性颈段脊髓损伤患者术后呼吸道管理实施循证护理，与实施传统护理的160例患者进行对照，比较两组患者呼吸道并发症的发生率、拔管时间和气道湿化程度。结果干预组患者呼吸道并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），拔管时间缩短，气道湿化程度好（P〈0．01）。结论对完全性颈段脊髓损伤患者术后呼吸道管理实施循证护理，可减少并发症，缩短拔管时间，改善气道湿化状况，可在临床推广应用。

Strategic analysis of evidence-based nursing in postoperative respiratory management for complete cervical spinal cord injury patients

Objective To explore the application and effects of evidence - based nursing in postoperative respiratory management for complete cervical spinal cord injury patients. Methods Totally ,200 complete cervical spinal cord injury patients were treated with evidence - based nursing in postoperative respiratory management,and 160 patients were treated with traditional care. The incidence of respiratory complications, extubation time, airway humidification degree were compared between the two groups. Results Respiratory complications of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the extubation time was shortened and the degree of airway humidification degree was better （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Appfication of evidence - based nursing in postoperative respiratory management for complete cervical spinal cord injury patients can reduce complications, shorten extubation time,improve the condition of airway humidification, and can be used in clinical practice.
