摘    要:目的 探讨ICU护士管理中应用绩效考核的方法与效果.方法 确立绩效考核指标,成立绩效考核小组,选取护理工作量、护理质量、岗位技术风险、工作胜任能力、考试成绩、病人满意度6项指标对ICU护士进行考核,依照绩效考核结果进行月绩效分配.结果 提高了护理质量合格率和病人满意度(P<0.01),护理不良事件降低(P<0.05).结论 绩效考核能有效提高护士工作积极性,提高护理质量,保障护理安全.

Abstract:Objective To explore the method and effects of nurse performance appraisal in ICU.Methods The methods induded developing performance appraisal group,indentifying 6 performance appraisal indicators,selecting the 6 indexes of nursing workload,nursing quality,skill post risk,job competence,skill appraisal score and patient satisfaction to esamine nurses of ICU.The monthly bonus was distributed based on the performance appraisal.Results The qualification rate of nursing quality and patient satisfaction was improved (P < 0.01),the incidence of nursing adverse event was reduced (P < 0.05).Conclusion Performance appraisal can effectively improve nurses'working enthusiasm and nursing quality,thus safeguard nursing safety.
