肿瘤科护士工作环境现状及影响因素研究

目的 探讨肿瘤科与非肿瘤科护士工作环境的差异,以及影响肿瘤科护士工作环境的因素.方法 选取河南省4所三级综合性医院213名在职护士进行临床护理工作环境量表调查.结果 肿瘤科与非肿瘤科护士在工作环境总分、工作负荷、硬件资源条件、权利与保障及认可度方面差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）.年龄和职称是影响肿瘤科护士工作环境的主要因素.结论 肿瘤科与非肿瘤科护士工作环境有明显差异,改善肿瘤科硬件设施、环境及减轻肿瘤科护士工作负荷对提高肿瘤科护士的工作环境满意度有积极作用.

Research on the stauts and influencing factors of working environment among oncology nurses

Objective To explore the working environment differences between oncology and non-oncology nurses,and analyze its influencing factos.Method A total of 213 nurses from four three level general hospitals in Hehan Province were recruited and investigated with Nursing Work Index-Revised （NWI-R）.Results Thetotal score of working environment,workload,hardware resource condition,rights and guarantees and recognition between oncology and non-oncology nurses were significantly different （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）.Age and professional title were the main factors of the working environment score among oncology nurses.Conclusion There are significant differences between oncology and non-oncology nurses＇perceived working environment.Improving oncology hardware facilities and reducing workload may have positive effects on nurses＇working environment satisfaction.
