| 摘 要： | 当前在医疗活动中,有关伦理损害的纠纷呈上升趋势,护理环节中也存在诸如侵犯知情权、同意权、隐私权等引发伦理损害的常见隐患,为此,护理人员提升职业道德、转变服务理念、增强法律意识、培养证据意识、完善管理制度,对维护护患双方的合法权益、减少医疗纠纷都有重要意义.

| Abstract: | In the present medical activities,the incidence disputes related to ethical damage is increasing,nursing activities also exist the risk of ethical damage,such as infringement of right to know,consem,privacy,etc.Therefore,it is important to enhance professional ethics,strengthen legal awareness,cultivate evidence awareness,change service concept and perfect management system for defending the rights and interests of both nurses and patients and reducing the medical disputes. |
