血清总胆红素、直接胆红素的钒酸氧化法测定

摘    要:目的 :对钒酸氧化法和改良 J- G法测定血清胆红素进行方法学评价。方法 :对钒酸氧化法测定血清中的总(直接 )胆红素的重复性试验、线性试验、干扰试验、回收试验进行评价。结果 :钒酸氧化法和改良 J- G法有很好的相关性(Y1 =0 .99X+1.39,r=0 .98;Y2 =1.36 X+3.0 9,r=0 .96 ) ;测定总 (直接 )胆红素的线性分别达到 6 84 μmol/ L 和 342μmol/ L;测定总 (直接 )胆红素天内重复性变异平均分别为 1.80 %和 2 .13% ,天间重复性变异分别为 2 .5 6 %和 2 .79% ;总 (直接 )胆红素的回收率平均分别为 99.6 %和 99.2 % ;溶血、脂血、低浓度维生素 C(小于 0 .3g/ L)对测定无明显干扰。结论 :钒酸氧化法是一种准确、灵敏、适用于实际工作的胆红素测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare Vanadate Oxidation and improve J G method in determination of bilirubin. Methods Vanadate Oxidation was used to determinied serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin meanwhile, the method was compared with improved J G method. Results Vanadate oxidation was well correlated to improved K G method (Y 1=0.99X+1.39, r=0.98; Y 2=1.36 X+3.09, r=0.96) linear range of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were 1.80 % and 2.13 %. The out date CV for total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were 99.6 % and 99.2 %. Hemoglobin, lipidemia and low concentration vitamin C less than 0.3 g/L did not significantly interfere with the detection. Conclusion Vanadata Oxidation is accurance and sensitivitv, and can be used in rountine determination of bilirubin
