| 摘 要： | 目的:旨在了解孕产妇血清及乳汁中输血传播病毒(TTV)的感染状况,探讨TTV的传播途径。方法:采用PCR-微孔板杂交法对105例孕产妇血清及乳汁标本进行TTV DNA检测。结果:①105例孕产妇血清及乳汁TTVDNA阳性率分别为12.4％(13/105)、10.5％(11/105);②13例孕产妇血清TTV DNA阳性病例中乳汁同时阳性10例,占76.9％(10/13),血清与乳汁感染状况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:孕产妇存在TTV感染,并可能经乳汁感染婴儿。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate transfusion transmitted virus infection in serum and braest milk of pregnant women of Yancheng. and the route transmission. Methods Serum and breast milk from 105 pregnant women collected. TTV DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-microplate hybridization. Results The positive rate of TTV DNA were 12. 4 % (13/105), 10. 5 %(11/105) respectively in pregnancy serum and breast milk. Among the 13 serum and breast milk samples (76. 9 %). There were insignificant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion TTV infection is common in the pregnant women. TTV is probably transmitted from mother to theirs children by breast feeding. |
