膝关节韧带损伤的MRI检查方法

摘    要:目的 :探讨膝关节损伤的 MRI最佳扫描方法。方法 :对经手术、关节镜检查或临床证实的 35例 4 7条膝关节韧带损伤的 MRI进行多种序列的多方位扫描。结果 :4 7条韧带损伤中 ,前交叉韧带损伤 15条 ,后交叉韧带损伤 7条 ,内侧副韧带损伤 16条 ,外侧副韧带损伤 6条 ,髌韧带损伤 3条。韧带损伤 MRI表现为韧带连续性中断 ,断端移位 ,边缘模糊 ,局灶性或弥漫性肿胀 ,信号增高。结论 :MRI多序列、多角度扫描为准确诊断韧带损伤的部位和严重程度 ,发现多种并发损伤提供了帮助

Abstract:Objective To study the scan plan of MRI images of the injured ligaments of the knee jionts. Methods Ues different sequence and angle to scan 47 injured ligaments of the knee jionts of surgically or arthroscopically or clinically confirmed. Results 47 ligaments were injured, including 15 anterior cruciate ligaments, 7 posterrior cruciated ligaments, 6 lateral collareral ligaments, and 3 patelllar ligaments. The injured ligaments displayed discomtinuity, displacement, and marginal haziness, swelling with high signal intensity. Conclusion MRI multiplicity sequence and angle scan is useful to accurately demonstrate the positions and serious degrees of the injuried ligaments, and correctly detect the complicatios.
