摘    要:用白蛉属的三种白蛉去叮咬感染沙鼠利什曼原虫的BALB/c鼠和长爪沙鼠的皮肤病变,表明副蛉亚属的亚历山大白蛉是沙鼠利什曼的良好昆虫宿主;该种原虫在阿蛉亚属的中华白蛉长管亚种体内发育良好,但仅进展到白蛉的咽基部;而在劳蛉亚属硕大白蛉吴氏亚种体内,原虫停滞在胃内。作者分析了我国沙鼠利什曼分布区内白蛉的种类和本文人工感染实验的结果,指出副蛉亚属蛉种是沙鼠利什曼原虫的主要媒介,而硕大白蛉吴氏亚种作为媒介的可能性很小。

Abstract:Three species of sandflies, i.e. Phlebotomus ( Paraphlebotomus ) alexandri, Ph(Adlerius) chinensis longiductus and Ph(Larrousius) major wui , were fed on footpad of BALB/c mice and longpaw gerbiJ's ears infected with Leishmania gerbilli. Sandflies were dissected in 7-8 days after being fed on infected animals. Among sandflies fed on animals the infection rate of promastigotes was 67.6% (23/34) inPh. alexandri, 32.8%(19/58) in Ph. chinensis longiductus and 20.6% (7/34) in Ph. major wui respectively. In Ph.alexandri , the stomach were filled up with promastigotes and the pharynx and proboscis were infected. The proma - stigotes were reproduced in the stomach of Ph. chinensis longidictus , hut the parasites only invaded to the base of pharynx. In Ph. major wui,few promastigotes were found in the stomach and the pharynx was not involved . These results suggest that PA. alexandri might be a favourable host for the development of L. gerbilli in contrast with Ph. chinensis longiductus and Ph.major wui.
