中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究

目的分析中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床意义。方法229例病人应用中药生大黄粉、皮硝、丹参联合治疗，分为两个时间段对照观察在腹痛缓解、肠功能恢复、血淀粉酶正常时间、腹水消退时间、住院时间、医疗费用及并发症发生率、中转手术率等指标。结果两组44例急性胰腺炎重症病人，在腹痛缓解、肠功能恢复、淀粉酶正常、腹水消退、住院时间及医疗费用，以及在并发症发生率、中转手术率等方面，均具有差异显著。结论联合中药生大黄粉、皮硝、丹参，治疗急性重症胰腺炎，不仅能明显改善预后，缩短疗程，减轻病人痛苦，降低治疗费用，并且能降低并发症发生率、中转手术率。

The experience of treating acute pancreatitis with integrative traditional chinese and western medicine

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine（ICWM）for treatment of Acute Pancreatitis （AP）. Methods 229 patients with Acute Pancreatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups ,regular group and ICWM group （combined use of Rhubarb Powder,Glauber＇s salt and Red Ginseng）. Comparison of the release of abdominal pain, recover of intestinal function,blood amylase normalization time ,ascites regression time,length of stay,medical cost,incidence of complications and operation rate between the 2 groups was conducted. Results Time of release of abdominal pain,recover of intestinal function ,normalization of blood amylase,ascites regression time ,length of stay was less in ICWM group than that of regular group in mild cases of AP. Time of all the parameters was less in ICWM group than that of regular group in severe cases of AP. Conclusion ICWM treatment using Rhubarb Powder,Glauber＇s salt and Red Ginseng is a better choice for AP patients, which can shorten the length of stay, reduce the medical cost and decrease the rates of complication and operations in severe cases of AP.
