剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠声像图分析

目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的二维及多普勒超声声像图特征。方法对12例剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的二维及多普勒超声声像图进行分析。结果12例患者中，5例声像图示典型孕囊型，4例为孕囊样结构型，3例为混合包块型；7例经彩色多普勒超声显示血流丰富，5例血流不丰富，孕囊及混合性包块周边血流频谱测得阻力指数（RI）：0.26-0.48。结论超声检查尤其是经阴道多普勒超声对早期诊断剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠有重要意义。

Sonogram of caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy.

Objective To investigate the sonogram characteristics of 2D and Doppler ultrasonography in cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. Methods The sonograms of 2D and Doppler ultransonography were analyzed in 12 cases of cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. Results Of the 12 patients, sonograms displayed 5 cases of typical gestation sac type, 4 cases of gestation sac structures type, and 3 cases of mixed masses type. Seven out of 12 patients by Color Doppler ultrasound revealed rich blood flow signals and 5 cases didn＇t. The Doppler spectrum of gestation sac and mix masses was measured, and the resistance index ranged＇from 0.26-0.48. Conclusion Ultrasonography especially transvaginal Doppler ultrasonography is of important significance in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy developed in previous caesarean section scar.
