| 摘 要： | 目的研究清肺十三味散的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖炎症和小鼠棉球肉芽肿的动物模型,观察清肺十三味散的抗炎作用及其对醋酸致小鼠腹痛的镇痛作用。结果清肺十三味散对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓炎症、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖炎症以及小鼠棉球肉芽肿有显著的抑制作用,也能明显减轻醋酸所致的腹痛。结论清肺十三味散具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qingfei Shisanwei Powder.Methods Rat models of auricular inflammation were caused by xylene,models of footpad inflammation were caused by carragheenin and models of granuloma by cotton ball.Then the rats were given Qingfei Shisanwei Powder to observe its anti-inflammatory effect.In addition,abdominal-pain of mouse was induced by acetic acid to investigate analgesia effect of the drug.Results Qingfei Shisanwei Powder had an significant inhibiting effect on auricular inflammation caused by xylene,footpad inflammation caused by carragheenin and granuloma by cotton ball in the rats.It could also obviously relieve abdominal pain caused by acetic acid.Conclusion Qingfei Shisanwei Powder has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects. |
