摘    要:本文根据盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法测定空气中二氧化硫的反应原理,结合流动注射分析技术开发了流动注射-比色法。由于省略了精确加入试剂、混匀以及放置等分析步骤从而提高了分析速度,可达到90样/h。用均匀设计法优选了实验条件,并进行了实验。结果是回收率99.0~103.2%;相对标准偏差0.9%;最小检测浓度1μg/ml。测定结果与法定方法相比无显著差异。

Abstract:Based on the reaction of classical pararosaniline method the present method ofdetermination of SO_2 in air is developed. Since such analytical steps as adding rea-gent accurately weighed, mixing homogencously and standing still are avoided, thespeed of determination is greatly increased, with 90 samples/hr. being achieved. Theaverage recovery is 99.0-102.3%; RSD 0.9; and the minimum concentration ofdetection 1μg/ml. The analytical results obtained are comparable with that by theauthoritative method. Additionally, the experimental conditions are results of choice through uniformdesign and a briefly discussion is also presented in this paper.
