摘    要:本文检测分析了27例闭合性颅脑损伤患者伤后24小时、48小时、第4天、第7天、第14天血清锌、铜的动态变化与脑损伤预后、范围的关系,结果提示:预后差组校预后好组血清锌有明显的降低,血清铜有明显的升高(P<0.05);脑损伤范围与伤后第24小时血清Zn、伤后第14天血清Cu的相关系数分别为-0.7353、0.8427(P<0.01)。作者认为颅脑损伤急性期血清锌、铜变化幅度可作为预测预后的新指标,早期调整微量元素锌、铜代谢平衡可能有助于改善预后。

Abstract:It detected and analysed the relation between the prognosis or severity and serum zinc or copper level during acute phase extending from the 24th hour to the 14th day postinjury among 27 cases with closed craniocerebral injury. The resultR showed that the serum zinc level was significantly lower in poorly-recovered group than in well-recovered group while the serum copper level was significantly higber (P<0.05 ); the injured brain volume was correlative with the serum zinc level at the 24th hour and the serum copper level at the 14th day postinjury. It thinks that the serum zinc or copper level may serve as the prognosis index and the adjustment of the metabolic balance of zinc and copper in the early stage may result in the relatively better prognosis.
