| 摘 要： | 该文对上海市4个区812名60岁以上老年人的医疗服务需要和利用状况进行研究与分析,结果显示上海市老年人医疗服务需要量大,慢性病患病率和两周患病率分别为77.71%和41.63%;弱势群体就医经济风险较高,高龄老人门诊服务利用不足。

| Abstract: | This paper studied and analyzed the demand and utilization of health service to 812 persons aged over 60 years in four districts of shanghai. The results show that in Shanghai there is a high demand for medical service among the aged persons whose chronic sickness rate and two-week sickness rate is 77.71% and 41.63%. We also find that there is a high economic risk of medical utilization in susceptive population and a lower utilization for clinical service especially among the senile persons. |
