四川省2004年保持无脊髓灰质炎状态进展

目的评价四川省2004年保持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)工作情况,巩固无脊灰成果。方法对四川省2004年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统资料及口服脊灰减毒活疫苗(OPV)免疫资料进行分析。结果2004年共报告<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例349例,发病率1.89/10万,合格粪便标本采集率90.54%,粪便标本及时送检率96.23%,随访表及时送达率88.54%。OPV3基础免疫报告接种率98.20%,加强免疫报告接种率97.70%。2004/2005年度部分地区开展OPV强化免疫活动,第1轮常住儿童接种率96.65%,流动儿童接种率95.37%;第2轮常住儿童接种率97.12%,流动儿童为95.70%。结论为保持无脊灰,应继续加强AFP病例监测,提高合格粪便标本的采集率和OPV常规免疫接种率。

Progress Towards Maintenance of Polio-free in Sichuan in 2004

Objective To evaluate the work of maintenance of polio-free in Sichuan Province in 2004 and consolidate the achievements.Methods Data of Sichuan acute flaccid paralysis(AFP) surveillance system and oral poliovirus vaccine(OPV) administration in 2004 were analyzed.Results 349 non-polio AFP cases were reported in 2004,report incidence for children under 15 years old was 1.89/100000,rate of adequate stool specimen collection was 90.54%,rate of timely specimen forwarding was 96.23%,rate of timely follow-up form feedback was 88.54%.Report administration coverage of 3 doses of OPV routine immunization and supplementary immunization were 98.20% and 97.70% respectively.In 2004/2005 national immunization days were carried out in some prefectures.In first round administration,coverage of resident and floating children were 96.65% and 95.37% respectively;in second round,they were 97.12% and 95.70% respectively.Conclusion To maintain polio-free status,strengthing of AFP case surveillance and promoting rates of adequating stool specimen collection and of OPV routine immunization should be enhenced.
