| 摘 要： | 简要论述了建立军队医院应急救援保障机制的重要性,提出了军队医院加强应急救援机制建设的构想和措施：建立扁平网状的指挥系统;制定缜密周全的救援预案;科学调整门急诊流程;军地协调建立急诊“120”;规范医院调度管理;建立应急救援培训体系。

| Abstract: | It is discussed in the passage that the significance and necessity of establishing emergency rescue system of military hospital.It is the requirement of improving the ability of health service coping with emergent battle in military hospital;completing the health service mission in peace-time;dealing with disaster and sudden public health incidents.We presented the idea and measures of enhancing the construction of emergency rescue system of military hospital,including setting up compressed and netlike commanding system;constituting detailed rescue project;regulating the out-patient and emergency flow scientifically;setting up emergency "120" with the cooperation of army and local government;managing the hospital with standardization;founding the training system of emergency rescue system. |
