摘    要:<正> 临床生化检验多以血清或血浆为检测对象,很少用红细胞。就微量元素而言,它在血清(或血浆)与红细胞中分布的比例不均衡,血清中元素含量仅反映检测当时的状况,红细胞中元素却表示一段时间内的状况,适于病程长的疾病应用。国内关于红细胞内元素与疾病关系的研究尚不多。本文旨在通过观察4种疾病红细胞各种元素的含量改变,提示有必要更多的研究它。

Abstract:The article reported the resuts of four element in erythrocyte of 36 case potients, with acute lymohocyte leukemia (ALL),aplastie anemia,myoearditis coron-ary neart disease. The resuts of Zn、Mg、and Mn in ALL,the Zn,Cn in myocarditis,Zn with coronary neart disease,Cu in,Mu in aplastie anemia compare with control,there are significont differetiation or more signioficont differe-tiation in statistics The result of these element in plasma with same diseaseisnot idenatical. The some literature proved that the change of each element in erythrocyte can standed for change condition of the element concentration in tissue.This reult in erythrocyte is more significout than the resuts in plasma,there for the result can nse in diagnosis of disease and investigate of various disease.
