双参根胶囊中人参总皂苷、葛根总黄酮纯化工艺

目的：研究双参根胶囊中人参总皂苷、葛根总黄酮的制备工艺。方法：以人参总皂苷、葛根总黄酮的吸附量和洗脱率为指标，筛选树脂，并研究所选树脂优选分离纯化人参总皂苷、葛根总黄酮的吸附和洗脱条件。结果：AB-8型大孔吸附树脂的纯化效果最好，其最佳工艺为：药液质量浓度0.063 34 g（生药）·mL^-1，以1 BV·h^-1速率上样40 mL，用60 mL、80%乙醇以4 BV·h^-1的流速洗脱，效果最佳。结论：该法简单可行，分离效果好，能满足于大生产的要求。

Purification process of total ginsenoside from Panax ginseng and total flavonoid from Pueraria omeiensis in Shuangshengen Capsules

OBJECTIVE To explore the optimal preparation of extracts in Shuangshengen Capsules.METHODS With the absorptive capacity and elution efficiency of total ginsenoside and total flavonoid as indexes, the best resins and conditions were optimized for separating and purifying total ginsenoside and total flavonoid.RESULTS AB-8 macroporous resin showed the best purifying profile, with the following optimum technological conditions:the liquid concentration was 0.063 34 g (crude drug)·mL^-1, the sample was 40 mL, and the adsorption rate was 1 BV·h^-1.The eluent was 60 mL, 80% ethanol,and the desorption rate was 4 BV·h^-1.CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible and practical.
