丁苯酞对血管性轻度认知功能障碍患者S100和MBP的影响

目的：探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效以及对血浆MBP、S100浓度的影响。方法：将60例血管性轻度认知障碍患者（按随机数字表法）随机分为2组，每组30人，治疗组给予基础药物治疗加口服丁苯酞软胶囊治疗，对照组给予基础药物，疗程为12个月，于治疗前、治疗后第6个月、12个月分别对患者进行简易精神状态检查（MMSE），测定S100和MBP浓度。结果：治疗组6个月、12个月时MMSE评分与对照组比较有明显改善，S100和MBP浓度显著下降。结论：丁苯酞软胶囊可有效提高血管性轻度认知功能障碍患者MMSE评分并降低S100和MBP浓度，具有神经保护作用。

Effects of butylphthalide on MBP and S100 in patients with vascular cognitive impairment

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of butylphthalide on MBP and S100 in patients with vascular cognitive impairment (VCI).METHODS Sixty VCI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, patients in treatment group were treated by butylphthalide for 12 months, patients in control group only received basic treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by using MMSE scale and the serum levels of MBP and S100 were observed before treatment, 6 and 12 months after treatment.RESULTS In treatment group, the MMSE scores were obviously improved (P<0.05), and serum levels of MBP and S100 significantly decreased (P<0.05) compared to control group 6 and 12 months after treatment.CONCLUSION Butylphthalide can improve MMSE score of VCI patients, which may be correlated with the down regulated serum levels of MBP and S100.
