大株红景天注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血小板功能的影响

目的研究大株红景天注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血小板功能的影响。 方法选取河南省人民医院2016年7月至2017年12月收治的76例不稳定型心绞痛患者，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组接受常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上接受大株红景天注射液治疗。比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后血小板功能相关指标[血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI－1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、血小板聚集率]。 结果对照组总有效率为71.05%(27/38)，观察组总有效率为92.11%(35/38)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周后PAI－1、TXB2水平和血小板聚集率较对照组低(P<0.05)。 结论大株红景天注射液可有效减轻不稳定型心绞痛患者症状，改善血小板功能，值得临床推广。

Curative effect of sofren injection on unstable angina pectoris and its influence on platelet function

ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of sofren injection on unstable angina pectoris and its influence on platelet function. MethodsA total of 76 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July of 2016 to December of 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine drug treatment, while the observation group received sofren injection on the basis of routine drug treatment. The curative effect, plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate was 71.05% (27/38) in the control group and 92.11% (35/38) in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment for 4 weeks, the levels of PAI-1, TXB2 and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSofren injection can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris and improve platelet function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
