正念冥想训练联合艾司唑仑在伴睡眠障碍的老年高血压患者中的应用观察

目的分析正念冥想训练联合艾司唑仑在伴睡眠障碍的老年高血压患者中的应用效果。 方法选取2017年1月～2018年6月我院收治的82例伴睡眠障碍老年高血压患者，随机分组进行对照研究，对照组(41例)予以降压治疗及常规精神科护理，观察组(41例)在此基础上予以正念冥想训练联合艾司唑仑，对比两组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQL)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)。 结果观察组干预后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后SBP、DBP低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论正念冥想训练联合艾司唑仑应用于伴睡眠障碍老年高血压，可纠正患者睡眠障碍状态，改善血压水平。

Application of mindfulness meditation training combined with estazolam in elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorder

ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of mindfulness meditation training combined with estazolam in elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorder. MethodsFrom January 2017 to June 2018, 82 elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (41 cases) received antihypertensive therapy and routine psychiatric nursing. The observation group (41 cases) received mindfulness meditation training combined with estazolam on this basis. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQL), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe sleep quality, sleeping time, sleeping time, sleep efficiency and sleep disorder scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while the SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMindfulness meditation training combined with estazolam in elderly hypertension patients with sleep disorders can correct sleep disorders and improve blood pressure level.
