摘    要:目的 研究两种不同的磷酸酯单体MDP、PENTA在碱性环境下放置不同时间对氧化锆陶瓷与树脂间粘接效果的影响。 方法 分别配置含有MDP和PENTA两种磷酸酯单体的处理剂,与一定量的氢氧化钠碱液混合调节pH值为9,以不混合碱液者作为对照,以上处理剂放置2 h、1周、4周后用于处理氧化锆陶瓷,测量与树脂的剪切粘接强度(SBS)。放置不同时间的处理剂处理的氧化锆陶瓷粉以红外光谱分析表面化学键变化(FTIR)。 结果 不论何种磷酸酯单体,混合碱液后均导致氧化锆与树脂间的SBS值降低;不同磷酸酯单体的处理剂增强氧化锆陶瓷与树脂粘接的效果之间不存在统计学差别。 结论 磷酸酯单体混合碱液后对氧化锆与树脂间的粘接强度有负面影响。

Effects of phosphate ester monomers in alkaline environment on bond strength of zirconia ceramics
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of the primer containing two different phosphate monomers, MDP and PENTA, on the adhesion between zirconia ceramics and resin in alkaline environment for different times. Methods Two primers were prepared, containing two phosphate monomers, MDP and PENTA, adding a certain amount of sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value of 9, and the group without alkaline solution was taken as a positive control. The above primers were placed for 2 h, 1 week and 4 weeks, then they were used to treat zirconia ceramics to measure its shear bond strength (SBS) with resin. The zirconia ceramics powder was treated with different primers placed for different times, and then tested by FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) to analyze the surface chemical bond changes. Results Any phosphate ester monomer combined with alkaline solution can lead to the decrease of the value of SBS between zirconia and resin. There was no significant difference in shear bonding strength between zirconia and resin treated by primers containing two phosphate monomers (P>0.05). The longer the storage time was, the lower the bonding strength was (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of phosphate monomers mixed with alkaline solution negatively affects the bonding strength between zirconia and resin.
