穴位贴敷配合针灸治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效

目的 观察穴位贴敷配合针灸治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 选取过敏性鼻炎患儿90例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,45例给予地氯雷他定干混悬剂(对照组),45例采用穴位贴敷配合针灸治疗(治疗组),观察治疗前及治疗半年后的临床症状评分,评价临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后症状均有改善,但治疗组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷配合针灸治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎,具有一定的临床疗效,可作为治疗过敏性鼻炎的选择。

Clinical observation on treatment of allergic rhinitis inchildren with acupoint-application and acupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint-application combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods Ninety children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 45 patients were given desloratadine suspension (control group) and 45 patients were treated with acupoint-application combined with acupuncture (treatment group). The clinical symptom scores before and after the treatment were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The symptoms of both groups improved after treatment, but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children has certain clinical efficacy and can be used as a treatment option for allergic rhinitis.
