| 摘 要： | 本文从工作现状、问题分析和对策建议方面对新成为医科大学非直属附属医院教学工作的考核问题进行了论述，对一批新进入高等医学院校临床教学行列的非直属附属医院更好地进行教学工作考核有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the teaching work assessment from the work status, problem analysis, countermeasures and suggestions for a newly indirectly affiliated hospital of the medical university, which provides a certain reference value for a group of newly indirectly affiliated hospitals of the higher medical colleges and universities to better carry out assessment on their teaching work. |
