降糖药物基因组学研究进展

摘    要:精准医学是一种预防和治疗疾病的新方法。美国负责设计“精准医学”项目包括糖尿病。糖尿病的发生发展以及分型受遗传和环境因素的双重影响,基于基因多态性研究调节血糖药物基因组学,有助于根据特定的基因亚型选择合适的降糖药物并且调整药物剂量,对于糖尿病患者个体化用药、提高疗效、减少副反应等都具有重要意义。本文基于基因组学和精准医学的理念,对各类降糖药物基因组学研究进展进行综述,以期为精准医学在糖尿病领域的实践提供理论依据。

Abstract:Precision medicine is a new method to prevent and treat diseases. Diabetes is included in "precision medicine" program designed by USA. Genesis, development and classification of diabetes are affected by genetic and environmental factors. Pharmacogenomic studies on anti-diabetic drugs based on gene polymorphism studies are helpful to appropriate selection and dose adjustment of anti-diabetic drugs according to specific genotypes, and have important significance for individualized medication, efficacy improvement and reduction of side reactions for diabetes patients. Based on concepts of genomics and precision medicine, processes of pharmacogenomic studies on different anti-diabetic drugs were reviewed to provide a theoretic reference for implementation of precision medicine in clinical practice of diabetes.
