美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果研究

目的分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。 方法选取界首市人民医院2016年7月至2017年6月治疗的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者，按照治疗方法分为对照组和实验组。对照组接受常规治疗，实验组患者在此基础上接受美托洛尔和曲美他嗪治疗，统计并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%，高于对照组的75.0%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，实验组患者LVESD、LVEF、LVEDD优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭效果显著，能有效改善患者心功能，具有较高推广价值。

Clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. MethodsEighty patients with CHF treated in Jieshou People's Hospital from July of 2016 to June of 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the treatment methods. The control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group received metoprolol and trimetazidine on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of experimental group was 92.5%, higher than that of control group (75.0%), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, LVESD, LVEF and LVEDD of experimental group were better than those of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMetoprolol combined with trimetazidine has a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure, can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion.
