英太青超前镇痛在阻生齿拔除术中的临床疗效分析

目的 分析评价英太青超前镇痛在阻生齿拔除术中的应用。方法 选取进行下颌阻生齿拔除术的患者100例,分为口服英太青的实验组和口服维生素C的对照组,每组各50例。记录患者的疼痛度和睡眠质量,以分析评价英太青超前镇痛在阻生齿拔除术中的临床疗效。结果 对照组患者的疼痛度明显高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时实验组的睡眠质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 在阻生齿拔除术中,使用英太青超前镇痛,可有效减轻患者术中术后的疼痛,且能改善睡眠。

Clinical effect of preemptive analgesia with diclofenac sodium in extraction of impacted wisdom teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of preemptive analgesia with diclofenac sodium in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients who needed the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group randomly, 50 cases for each group. The experimental group patients took diclofenac sodium as preemptive analgesia before and after the surgery, while the control group patients took vitamin C. The visual analogue scale (VAS) method was employed to evaluate the pain and sleep satisfaction of the patients during the surgery, and the first day, second day and seventh day after the surgery. Results During the surgery, and the first day, second day and seventh day after the surgery, the VAS scores of the control group patients were higher than those of the experimental group ones, while the sleep satisfaction scores of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group ones. Conclusion During the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, diclofenac sodium can significantly reduce the pain of the patients, and improve the sleep satisfaction after the surgery. Therefore, diclofenac sodium can be used as the preemptive analgesia drug during the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth.
