Abstract: | Rupture of vasa previa is one critical emergency disease, usually complicated with velamentous umbilical cord insertion, placenta previa, bilobed placenta, or succenturiate placental lobe. Rupture of vasa previa threatens the fetal and neonatal life, impacts perinatal prognosis. Therefore, when antepartum vasa previa is highly suspected, closed surveillance is needed, timely diagnosis and termination of delivery are the keys to improve the perinatal outcomes. |
