| 摘 要： | 胎儿水肿是胎儿广泛性软组织水肿和体腔液体积聚的一种病理性状态，其病因和机制复杂，目前根据病因将之分为免疫性和非免疫性水肿两个类型。本文就胎儿水肿的发病机制、病因和诊治进展进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Hydrops fetails is a pathologic condition in the fetus characterized by extensive subcutaneous tissue edema and an accumulation of fluid in fetal compartments. The etiology and pathogenesis of hydrops fetails is complex; it is divided into immune hydrops and non-immune hydrops according to the etiology. This article discusses the advances in pathogenesis, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of hydrops fetalis. |
