妇产科科学学位研究生培养的几点思考

目前我国妇产科研究生培养主要分为科学学位和专业学位，两者在培养研究型和应用型人才方面作了不同的侧重。传统医学研究生培养采用“填鸭式”教学方法，尤其是科学学位研究生，仅仅重视理论知识和实验技能的巩固学习，却忽视研究生自主学习能力和科研创新能力的培养，对于循证医学的教育理念更是少之又少，从而制约了研究生教育的高质量培养。首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院是以诊治妇产科常见病、多发病和疑难病症为重点的国内知名的三级甲等专科医院，培养了大批优秀妇产科科研人才，在妇产科科学学位研究生培养方面具有丰富的经验。因此，本文将结合我们的教学经验，共同探讨如何在“全球经济、文化、教育一体化”的新形势下培养全能高素质妇产科科学学位研究生。

Thoughts on the education of academic degree postgraduates of obstetrics and gynecology

At present, China’s medical postgraduate training is divided into scientific degree and professional degree, both in the cultivation of research-oriented and application-oriented talents with a different focus. Traditional medical postgraduate training use “spoon-fed” teaching methods, and postgraduates of scientific degrees, in particular, only focus on theoretical knowledge and experimental skills to consolidate the study, but ignorethe learning ability, scientific research and innovation ability, with little knowledge of evidence-based medicine thus restricting the high quality of postgraduate education. Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, affiliated to Capital Medical University, is strong in the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and difficult diseases. As a prestigious three-level specialist hospital, we have a wealth of experience in postgraduate education in obstetrics and gynecology. Therefore, this article will combine our teaching experiences, to explore how to develop all-round high-quality obstetrics and gynecology graduates in the context ofintegration of global economy, culture andeducation.
