摘    要:目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月—2017年1月安徽师范大学医院内科收治的241例呼吸道感染患者, 随机分为试验组(117例)和对照组(124例)。试验组给予阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,对照组单独给予左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,密切观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果 疗效比较:试验组患者显效89例(76.1%),有效22例(18.8%),无效6例(5.1%);对照组患者显效63例(50.8%),有效34例(27.4%),无效27例(21.8%)。试验组患者临床总有效率(94.9%)明显高于对照组(78.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.196,P<0.01)。结论 阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星较单独使用左氧氟沙星用于治疗呼吸道感染具有更好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract infections. Methods A total of 241 cases of respiratory tract infections were selected as the research objects in the Internal Medical Department, Anhui Normal University Hospital from January in 2014 to January in 2017, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group (117 cases ) and acontrol group (124 cases). The patients in the experimental group were treated with azithromycin combined with levofloxacin injection, and the patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin injection alone, then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was closelyobserved. Results The marked effective rate, effective rate, and ineffective rate were 76.1% (89 cases), 18.8% (22 cases), and 5.1% (5 cases) in the experimental group, and these rates above-mentioned were 50.8% (63 cases), 27.4% (34 cases), and 21.8% (27 cases) in the control group, respectively. The total effective rates were 94.9% in the experimental group and 78.2% in the control group respectively, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=20.196, P<0.01). Conclusion The azithromycin combined with levofloxacin therapeutic regimen has better efficacy than the levofloxacin alone therapeutic regimen in the treatment of respiratory tract infections.
