某三级甲等医院冷藏药品管理流程改造及验证

目的： 对某三甲医院冷藏药品物流冷链管理流程进行改造，以保证冷藏药品在医院流通过程中实现全程温控管理。方法： 通过对该院冷藏药品管理的现状进行分析，参考《药品经营质量管理规范》及相关附录、浙江省《药品冷链物流技术与管理规范》等对管理流程进行验证改造。结果： 改造后的冷链管理设施及管理流程符合要求，冷藏药品在院内流通过程处于全程监控中，保证了冷藏药品质量。结论： 冷藏设备的信息化管理提高了医院药品使用的安全性及有效性。

Control process improvement and validation of refrigerated drugs at a class-A tertiary hospital

OBJECTIVE To improve the cold-chain control process of a class-A tertiary hospital regarding the logistics of refrigerated drugs, realize the whole-process temperature monitoring and control of these drugs during the circulation process.METHODS The control process was improved and validated by analyzing the status quo of refrigerated drug control at the hospital, and referring to GSP, relevant appendix, Technology and Management Specification for Drug Cold Chain Logistics applicable in Zhejiang Province, etc.RESULTS The improved cold-chain control facilities and process met the relevant requirements. Refrigerated drugs were monitored all through the circulation process within the hospital, with their quality thus guaranteed.CONCLUSION Information management of refrigerating equipment can improve safety and efficacy of drugs used in hospitals.
