低成本二维码扫描在医院药库管理中的应用

目的：通过使用二维码技术，零成本提高医院药库药品的验收效率，降低医院管理成本。方法：对现有人工验收、一维码扫描验收与建立二维码扫描验收进行对照研究，对比三者在时间、出现差错次数、工作强度、数据处理时间的差异，实验数据用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果：与人工验收相比，使用扫描二维码验收的方式，验收时间缩短了82.4%、差错降低了84.2%、工作强度减轻了36.1%、数据录入速度提高了93.9%；与一维码验收相比，以上指标分别是68.4%，60.0%，11.5%，75.8%。结论：二维码扫描流程准确率高、数据处理时间短、扫描效率高，极大节约了人力资源，并且方法建立简单，花费成本极低，为医院节省了巨大的管理成本。

Application of low cost 2D bar code in hospital drug storehouse management

OBJECTIVE To improve the efficiency of drug acceptance check and reduce the management cost in hospital by 2D bar code.METHODS Time,count of mistakes,workloads and data processing were compared between the three kinds of drug acceptance check.RESULTS Compared with manpower check,2D bar code for drug acceptance check reduced the spent time,mistake and workload of drug acceptance check by 82.4%,84.2% and 36.1%,increased the efficiency of data entry by 93.9%.While for 1D bar code,the same evaluation indicators were 68.4%,60.0%,11.5% and 75.8%,respectively.CONCLUSION The 2D bar code scanning process shows higher accuracy,shorter data processing time,high scanning efficiency,greatly saves human resource.The method is easy to establish,only needs a low cost,and greatly saves management cost for the hospital.
