铜川市居民吸烟行为的现状分析

目的 了解铜川市居民吸烟现况,为有针对性地制定控烟干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采取按容量比例概率(PPS)抽样方法,利用全国吸烟状况调查问卷,在全市抽取2244名居民进行吸烟状况调查。结果 我市15岁及以上居民吸烟率为35.07%,男性吸烟率为52.70%,女性吸烟率为11.71%,男性明显高于女性,城市居民吸烟率明显高于农村居民。51～岁居民、企业职工、初中学历人群吸烟率均较高(39.25%;39.41%;37.74%);我市15岁以上吸烟者平均吸烟量为13.28支/天,男性为13.64支/天,女性为11.10支/天;全市15岁以上吸烟者中戒烟率为45.78%。结论 我市居民吸烟率较高,烟草流行形势严峻,采取针对性措施,加强宣传教育和健康干预,有效控制烟草流行。

The descriptive analysis of the smoking patten of people in Tongchuan

Objective Understand the current situation of smoking in residents of Tongchuan City, and provide a scientific basis for targeted tobacco intervention interventions. Methods Taken by probability proportional to size (PPS) sampling method, using the national smoking survey, extraction of smoking survey was conducted among 2244 residents in the city. Results The smoking rate of residents aged 15 and over in the city was 35.07%, the male smoking rate was 52.70%, and the female smoking rate was 11.71%. Men were significantly higher than females. The smoking rate of urban residents is significantly higher than that of rural residents. The smoking rate of residents over 51 years old, employees of enterprises and junior high school students was higher (39.25%; 39.41%; 37.74%); the average number of smokers in the city over the age of 15 was 13.28/day, and that of men was 13.64/day. The number of females was 11.10 per day; the rate of smoking cessation among smokers over the age of 15 was 45.78%. Conclusion The smoking prevalence of residents in our city is high, the epidemic situation of tobacco is severe, and targeted measures are taken to strengthen publicity and education and health interventions to effectively control the tobacco epidemic.
