氯诺昔康联合地佐辛对开胸手术全麻苏醒期躁动的预防效果研究

摘    要:目的:探讨氯诺昔康联合地佐辛对预防和治疗开胸手术全麻苏醒期躁动的有效性及安全性。方法:90例ASA I~Ⅱ级的择期开胸手术患者,随机双盲分为3组,每组30例,即L组(氯诺昔康8 mg)、DL组(氯诺昔康8 mg+地佐辛5 mg)和C组(0.9%氯化钠注射液6 mL)。在手术结束前30 min静脉注射拟观察的3组药物,观察3组患者的躁动评分、镇静评分、不良反应等情况,并进行统计学处理。结果:DL组患者躁动发生率最低23.3%;L组躁动发生率为50.0%,比DL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组躁动发生率为73.3%,比DL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组患者镇静评分中L组比DL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组比DL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组患者术后不良反应发生率的比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:氯诺昔康联合地佐辛是预防和治疗开胸手术后全麻苏醒期躁动的有效方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy and safety of lornoxicam combined with dezocine to prevent and treat the emergence agitation during anesthesia recovery period in the thoracotomy.METHODS Ninety cases of ASA I Ⅱ elective patients receiving open thoracic surgery were divided into three groups double-blindly and randomly, 30 cases in each group, including L group (lornoxicam8mg), DL group (lornoxicam 8mg+dezocine 5 mg), G group (0.9% sodium chloride injection 6 mL). Drugs were intravenously injected 30 min before the end of operation, to observe the agitation score, composed score, adverse reactions, and then statistical analysis was performed.RESULTS Incidence of agitation was 23.3% in DL group, 50.0% and 73.3% in L and C groups respectively, which were significantly higher than that in DL group (P<0.05 and P<0.01). L and C groups had higher sedation scores than that in DL group (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Postoperative incidences of adverse reactions were not significantly different.CONCLUSION Lornoxicam combined with dezocine can effectively prevent and treat the emergence agitation during anesthesia recovery period in the thoracotomy.
